The service

Our Mileage helps you record business journeys and works out mileage claims at HMRC's approved rates. It is a record-keeping tool, not tax advice: you remain responsible for claiming only business miles and for what you report to HMRC.

Claim backup

An optional extra for £1 a month, including VAT: we keep a copy of each monthly claim PDF for 6 years from the end of its tax year, for you to download. It is an extra copy and does not replace your own records. If you stop it, the copies made so far are kept for their 6 years while your account is open. If you delete your account, they are deleted with it.

Your records

Your business is responsible for keeping its mileage records for as long as HMRC requires. We file copies in the storage you connect and keep them while your account is open, but we are not your only record-keeper.

Your responsibilities

You check your trips before using a claim, keep your password safe, and only add people to your account who should see its trips.

Price

£30 a year, or £3 a month (£36 a year), including VAT, after a 7-day free trial. You will never be charged without agreeing to it first. You can stop at any time and download your trips before you go.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep the service running and your data safe and backed up. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
